Senior Recruiter (NJ)
Our prestigious, privately held search firm is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to be an integral part of an expanding team. We are the global leaders in our industry specialty providing recruiting services nationally for clients in all verticals of the Information Security and Technology Risk Management industry. COMP MODEL= BASE + Commissions + bonus + 401k opportunities, year one total target $85-150k +++
Duties include full life cycle recruitment responsibilities including:
*Sourcing, Interviewing and Qualifying Candidates
*Managing Clients and Closing Candidates on open Job Orders
*Coordinating interviews and negotiating compensation
*Developing new business and growing existing accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Successful track record in recruitment of full time candidates
- The ability to do Internet research, make cold calls, qualify
and manage the clients, candidates, and the interview process
- Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
- A high energy level, self motivation and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently with good time management skills.
- Above average intelligence, excellent communication skills –written and verbal
- A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
