Senior .NET Developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of experience with developing software application using Microsoft technologies.
• 3 years of experience in web application development using Microsoft .Net 2.0, 4.0, C#, , , WCF, LINQ, and Visual Studio 2005 and 2010
• 3 years of experience on SQL Server Programming with SQL Server 2005/2008R2.
• Through Working knowledge on VB Scripting and Java Scripting.
• Working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

• Working Knowledge on AJAX, Excel VBA s position will be responsible for representing the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Forward Logistics team in all facets identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies using new (planned/unplanned) IT solutions, ongoing systems development/enhancements, testing/training and implementation of (Internal/External) System Integration projects between VZW internal teams and channels and our Third Party Logistics (3PL) vendors.
This is a unique cross functional position within SCM organization which involves working with various inventory systems from both technical and business aspect. Candidate is responsible for analyzing the business requirements, design, develop and implement IT solutions to satisfy those requirements. Actively work on multiple Supply Chain projects and deliver effective solutions to meet both quality and time expectations.
Candidate is expected to work in very dynamic and fast paced environment both individually and in team setting, by employing independent problem solving abilities and collaborative skill sets with other teams/groups to successfully accomplish department objectives. Candidate will be motivated and possess self starter capabilities, a good team player and proactively seek to expand knowledge and skills needed to meet current and future organizational initiatives.
• Participate in writing functional specifications, design and develop application using Microsoft .net technologies including C#, , , HTML & Java Script to satisfy business requirements. Identify application testing requirement, create usage documentation and conduct training for developed solutions.
• Analyze large amount of data in SQL Server, maintain and develop integrated solutions with various data feeds with various internal teams and external vendors. Design database base models and program database objects in SQL Server 2005/Sql Server 2008 R2 using TSQL.(Use SQL Server integration services - SSIS)
• Assist and facilitate Supply Chain operations team with data analysis and report generation using SQL Server, Data warehouse. (Use SQL Server Reporting Services- SSRS) Including implementation of process automation to enhance Supply Chain productivity.
• Develop, Maintain and Implement reports accessed enterprise wide using Excel VBA, VBScripts and JavaScript
• Maintain and support active production applications, facilitate meetings and conference calls to convey the design, gather requirements and create documentation. Troubleshoot production system issues/data issues and proactively identity solutions and implement corrective action.
