Responsibilities: Promote and sell our merchandise through excellent service, professionalism, and product knowledge... and help your customers create the home environment they desire! Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale to drive repeat business, increase average ticket & close ratio and continually improve in the following areas: Overall sales volume, Accessories, Bedding & Protection Plans.
Full Time & Part Time positions available.
Must be able to work a traditional Retail schedule- including nights, holidays and weekends. Must be able to physically stand for long periods of time.
We provide excellent new hire paid training & ongoing training opportunities. You will attend a two week training program in Secaucus NJ .We will equip you with everything you need to be successful and exceed our customers? expectations!
