Job Objective: Recruit, hire, develop and train a high peforming local sales force teams that can achieve growth targets and sales objectives. This individual must have the know-how to build a successful team by recruiting, managing and motivating people. This role is key to the success of the business. this person will leverage information provided by Trend Spotter and Lead Generator to set objectives, prioritize, strategize in order to build the busines.

Responsibilites:
- Manage sales team for two major markets, oversee and allocate work to sales representatives as well as priorize merchant lists to maximize value to merchants and customers
- Develop and track performance of the sales force representatives, provide timely feedback, offer hard and soft skills training, take time to understand their development needs, and provide insight for improvement to their work experience and performance
- Recruit and hire Sales Representatives based on criteria agreed upon by Sales Director
- Work with the Trend Spotter and Lead Generator to develop appropriate sales strategy and market leads that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Ensure MIS and lead management to fully leverage all available information
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new industries and regions
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Share best practices across your region to improve sales process and training
- Approve deal constructs to ensure competitiveness compared to industry norm

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required plus 5+ years of top performance in sales, as well as experience coaching or managing sales teams
- Knowledge of small local merchants, social media sales, internet sales, or other selling experience a plus
- Excellent oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills; must be able to clearly and effectively communicate to customer and inside teams
- Well-organized with ability to multi-task, delegate responsibility and follow-up
- Great work habits with strong desire to succeed; excited to be part of a start-up
- Outstanding understanding of the requirements for successful selling with the ability to motivate sales representatives
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with company employees; proven leadership

? Cold calling prospective local merchants identified as those who can benefit from our service and appeal to the customer base
? Assess potential business deals, utilize historical data to understand a merchant?s industry to compose deal constructive, and negotiate favorable terms
? Communicate activities to management including current prospects competitive information, and client feedback through tools such as
? Construct proposals and contracts within selling guidelines
? Ensure that pertinent information gathered during the sales calls is input into the company?s database system
? Generating reports from the Firm?s contact management system to provide summary activity information

Requirements:

Candidate must be willing to work contract to permenant position. Initial contract will be 3 to 4 months and then place permanent.
