Headquartered in Oldenburg GE, USA affiliate Richmond VA, is recognized as a world leader in manufacturing and supplying of Tray-Sealing machines/solutions.

Regional Sales Manager

This position will be for a sales candidate stationed in the USA, Richmond VA.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing business in the northeast region of the US. You will sell a range of semi- and full automatic tray sealing systems and services to a wide range of customers in diverse markets such as meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, cheese, ready meals producers / processors.

Duties:

Aggressively generate prospective new sales leads and manage all aspects of account and sales cycles
Forecast and meet sales goals
Consistently develop new, long-term client relationships
Solve and manage client challenges

Requirements:

A proven performer in industrial/ manufacturing sales is preferred but not required. Great marketing skills as well as a high energy level, enthusiasm, and talent are basic requirement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience in machine components. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred but not required. You must be entrepreneurial, and a highly motivated self-starter, and must have a proven track record of finding, cultivating and closing sales.
