We are currently looking for a Manager, IM Recruitment Sourcing to join our Tri-State region (NJ/NY/Conn). Under the administrative supervision of the Managing Director, the Manager IM Recruitment Sourcing has primary responsibility for execute creatively sourcing, pre-screening and pipelining qualified Information Management Professionals, with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a ongoing diversified pool of candidates/consultants. The primary components of this role are outlined below:
Responsibilities:
Proactive sourcing, prequalifying of targeted candidates for Information Management Consulting opportunities utilizing traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools and methods (ex: internet resources, niche talent sites, social media, database searches, cold calling, AIRS techniques, etc.).
Drive recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, the existing consultant pool, and current and projected engagements/needs.
Partners and supports Recruiting Directors to leverage and track industry sourcing strategies and networks real time and provides applicable update on trends and other key findings.
Develops and maintains qualified candidate pool via Internet postings and searches, print advertisements, networking/referrals, special recruitment templates and emailing campaigns and other creative talent sleuthing techniques.
Initiates, tracks and maintains each candidates profile throughout screening process accordingly.
Conducts initial prequalification phone screens. Assures candidates possess: targeted IT skills and experience, soft skill competencies required to be successful and understand (and are interested/engaged in) Resources Globals unique consulting model.
Represents Resources Global in appropriate professional and community organizations.
Professional Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 to 8 years of relevant candidate sourcing experience in the Information Management niche. Professional services/consulting experience preferred.
A Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited institution is required.
Strong professional network in the Information Management arena with in the Tri-State area.
Personal Characteristics
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate with technical candidates via the phone and in person as needed. Proven ability to negotiate and influence others.
Ability to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and concurrent strategic sourcing projects with drive, perseverance, detail and innovation.
Technically proficient in all aspects of Internet recruiting/solid social media savvy/ and desire to stay ‘in the know' on sourcing and recruiting trends.
Adaptable and flexible to change as well as appreciates sense of urgency in completing tasks.
Strong soft skills that demonstrate the ability to collaborate and support teams effectively (team player).
