-Identifying product features and enhancements that help achieve company goals while balancing business needs, user needs and technical capabilities. -Leading cross-functional teams, serving as product and project manager, engaging with clients, designing wireframes, writing concise product specifications, establishing milestones, and managing the development, QA, beta, and marketing launches. -Communicating product concepts, status, risks, and timelines to key constituents across the Offerpop organization including senior management as well as engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. -Measuring product performance and identifying key levers of improvement - including hands-on design and analysis of relevant reports. -Monitoring the competitive landscape and overall industry for opportunities and product ideas. -Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience including at 2+ years as a product manager at a leading B2C Internet company or agency -Must demonstrate youve got the ability and passion to understand and create great user experiences on Facebook, Twitter, iOS and Android. -Experience designing, developing and launching new products -Experienced business judgment, BS/BA required, MBA preferred -Extreme level of attention to detail and top-notch analytic skills required -Experience with Facebook and Twitter app platforms and APIs is a huge plus; the ability to fully understand these technologies is a must -A desire to work hard, build great social media apps that people love, and have a lot of fun doing it
