Premium Messaging Campaign Administrator Tool Specialist
Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management and minimum of 4 years experience with Databases and Data Organization and Integrity
• Strong understanding of industry guidelines for Premium Messaging, Mobile Commerce
• Strong vendor management skills - able to enforce VZW business rules and policies
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a real-time and dynamic environment
• Experience writing marketing requirements and responses
• Strong Analytical skills in developing Executive Summary and Presentations including trending graphs, tables, etc.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills, plus proven relationship building abilities
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must be able to identify and escalate potential issues as well as implement recommended solutions
• High Technical aptitude is a plus
• Deadline oriented
• Bachelor Degree with emphasis in Telecommunication, Technology, or Project Management
• PMP is a plusThis position will report to the Director - Premium Messaging (PSMS) Product Line Management (PLM) and will manage the VZW Campaign Administrator (CA) Tool (a repository for all Premium Messaging Short Code campaigns) including Point of Contact (POC) for CA Tool Change Requests and enhancements; update and train internal and external users; Point of Contact for Aggregators with respect to Campaign submissions and terminations; and ensure data validity and integrity in CA Tool and VZW platforms/gateways.
1. Primary VZW Point of Contact for PSMS Aggregators and VZW internal teams throughout the short code campaign life cycle from submission thru launch, close, and de-provision. Ensure Aggregators follow VZW requirements for using CA Tool.
2. Manage all CA Tool developments with IT and outsourced vendor(s) ensuring minimum downtime. Ensure data validity and integrity. Manage both internal and external login ID access. Provide trainings for both internal and external as needed.
3. Team Contributions: Present VZW new ideas, business policies to VZW internal teams for consideration; identify trends, opportunities and challenges; research and assess opportunity assessment as inputs to PSMS targeted Budget, Revenue, and Refunds; Conduct Operational Reviews with management and vendors
