Overview
The Beauty Spot Concierge is responsible for driving sales by attracting both new and repeat customers to the Cosmetics department. The role of the Beauty Spot Concierge is to work with customers on an individual basis, as well as collaborate with the multiple cosmetic counters in the store.

Key Accountabilities
Drive sales by engaging and enticing customers into Beauty Spot, and encouraging them to purchase top beauty picks
Promote a new fun, dynamic department store environment to customers who may prefer specialty stores
Knowledgeable of all Cosmetic vendor lines and key products, and the ability to recognize which Cosmetic vendor line is most appropriate for the customer's needs
Build customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction, follow up, and the maintenance of a client file
Provide customer feedback to the Cosmetics Sales Manager, to ensure we continue to meet customer expectations
Partner with the Cosmetics Sales Manager to ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock
Maintain good housekeeping standards, and ensure work area is free from hazards
Perform other duties as needed
Skills Summary
Previous retail sales experience; Cosmetics experience preferred, but not required
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others through exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures
Goal-driven with positive and enthusiastic energy
Respectfully persistent with the ability to close the sale
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and extended hours
