Our Inside Sales Leads are key individuals that contribute directly to the Company’s goal of becoming the number one satellite TV provider in the United States.They have the opportunity to earn a substantial income through a lucrative commission plan.
As a front line supervisor, an Inside Sales Lead is responsible for coaching, leading, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Associates.Sales Leads will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure department goals are not only met, but surpassed.Leads are accountable for ensuring and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in the selling process for both themselves and the Associates under their supervision.
·Supervise and evaluate direct reports through coaching, providing feedback, and driving results.
·Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
·Facilitate team meetings through effective communication while providing team members with information and resources to effectively perform their roles.
·Ensure adequate standards are met for attendance, payroll, performance documentation and other established practices and procedures.
·Properly analyze and report sales results, productivity, and quality.
·Take direct ownership in ensuring the team consistently, responsibly, and ethically sells DISH Network products and subscription services.
·Fully understands and embraces that within our highly competitive industry, results and performance are ‘must haves’ in meeting all Company subscriber acquisition goals.
·Assist Sales Associates with resolving incoming calls that require a greater level of expertise in order to provide a quality customer experience.
·Attend departmental and Company All Team Meetings as required.

·3+ years experience in telesales in a call center environment required.
·Minimum of 1 years experience in a sales supervisor role within a call center required.
