In - House Counsel
Resources Global Professionals is currently seeking dynamic and highly motivated Senior Attorneys with broad legal experience to join our Tri-State practice in the area of legal services consulting. Connecticut Bar Admission and in-house experience required. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.

Professional Qualifications:
- Hands-on in-house experience, including substantive experience in one or more of the following: commercial agreements, corporate transactions, corporate compliance, internal investigations and/or corporate governance
- Large law firm and in-house experience
- Minimum of 10 years legal experience
- Admitted to practice law in Connecticut, and in good standing
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency
