Director, Operations
Set strategic direction for and lead Manufacturing operations teams (specifically Investment Casting).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Set production, quality safety, cost, delivery and morale goals for specific manufacturing cells, and participate in development of such goals for the manufacturing plant as a whole. • Lead and coach Operations Team Leaders and support staff to achieve departmental goals. • Develop and maintain budget. • Manage manufacturing responsibilities for new product introductions. • Manage new process and technology development. • Work closely with counterparts in QA, R&D, Marketing, Distribution, and other teams to ensure all departmental, operational and Company objectives are achieved.
Qualifications/Work Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing/operations experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a direct management/leadership role.
