Overview:
Our New York based creative team is seeking a highly motivated File Specialist. This role will be responsible for assisting the File Manager in facilitating efficient and timely image processing on our eCommerce website. This role is also responsible for maintaining workflow records, routing and tracking projects and managing assets.
Key Accountabilities:
Oversee the efficient flow of digital assets from photo studios to domestic and offshore resources, tracking progress of all projects and ensuring on-time delivery of all assets.
Partner with photo studios, producers, design team, and account services team to confirm on-time delivery and accuracy of a high volume of digital assets.
Partner with internal account services team, confirming complete information has been provided to meet benchmarks.
Enforce adherence to workflow processes and deadlines.
Communicate status of all projects through regular reports and daily updates.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and troubleshoot issues related to product.
Understand the impact of scheduling on the creative budget.
Stay current with developments in e-commerce industry and updates to the presentation of the brand and creative look.
Work on special projects as necessary.
Skills Summary:
BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
1 to 2 years of experience in traffic management within an advertising agency or in-house agency environment, preferably in the internet or retail industries.
Experience with MS Office Suite, Photoshop and Lotus Notes.
Excellent time-management, multitasking skills and an eye for detail required.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to handle a number of projects simultaneously.
Proactive self-starter with an upbeat, positive attitude able to diplomatically enforce deadlines.
Must be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
