Program Manager – CPG Industry (101607)
• Represent the interests of DS Group and also act as customer advocate within DS Group; • In conjunction with Sales team develop a customer focused strategy to deliver value to the customer, maintain or develop revenues and identify new PLM business opportunities; • Lead or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW); • Create and motivate the program team; • Manage program objectives trough KPI’s and ensure timely and accurate reporting to the DS Group and the customer; • Work alongside the project, industry practice and sale’s team to ensure positive, proactive customer relationship management; • Ensure and interlock with the DS Ecosystem; • Contribute to knowledge capitalization. • Technical leadership for all PLM projects & support in coordination of S/W nad customer support o Ensure successful deployment and implementation of PLM services projects o Identify customer needs and develop growth opportunities o Customer knowledge o Project management o Work with BT Sales to Implement a governance process to monitor the customer's PLM projects and prevent critical situations and ensure effective handling of customer issues
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience and expertise to Program and/or Project Management. Expertise in People Management, Finance Management and awareness of legal issues pertinent to services projects.
Knowledge: Demonstrate proposal writing ability. Demonstrate a functional overview knowledge of the DS Portfolio Knowledge of Industry Processes and specificities
Particular Aptitudes: Articulate Corporate strategy and vision. Demonstrate Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills. Technical background, ability to understand complex systems, integrations and implementation methodologies. Ability to build customer rapport Ability to exercise persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate situations or issues to multiple stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. Demonstrate professional rigor.
